Yes, you can request a specific model when booking. While we do our best to accommodate your preference, availability cannot be guaranteed. We always provide a similar or upgraded vehicle if your chosen model is unavailable.

Daily rentals include 250 km per day. Weekly rentals include 1,750 km. Monthly rentals come with unlimited mileage. Additional kilometers are charged at AED 0.50-2.00 per km depending on the vehicle category.

All rentals include basic third-party liability insurance. This covers damage to other vehicles and property. We strongly recommend upgrading to our Comprehensive Insurance (CDW) which covers damage to the rental vehicle with minimal or zero excess.

Standard insurance does not cover: damage to tires, windshield, and undercarriage; damage due to negligence or off-road driving; loss of personal belongings; and damage caused while driving under the influence. Personal Accident Insurance is available as an add-on.

Report any damage immediately to our 24/7 hotline. With basic insurance, you'll be liable for the repair costs up to the excess amount. With comprehensive insurance, your liability is reduced to zero or a minimal amount depending on your plan.

Yes, one-way rentals are available between our UAE locations. A one-way fee may apply depending on the pickup and drop-off locations. Cross-border travel to Oman is permitted with prior approval and additional insurance.
